Short description : Le présent marché est un marché de travaux lancé par le Centre Scolaire Godinne-Burnot dans le cadre du programme UREBA exceptionnel 2022, visant à améliorer les performances énergétiques du Pavillon et du Théâtre de l’implantation de Godinne (5530, Belgique). Il est divisé en trois lots : Lot A : Réparation des bétons et ravalement des façades Lot B : Isolation & étanchéité des toitures plates, remplacement des verrières Lot C : Remplacement des châssis en bois La procédure utilisée est une procédure ouverte avec publicité belge, selon la loi du 17 juin 2016. Le marché prévoit l’utilisation de matériaux biosourcés et impose un respect strict des délais (120 jours ouvrables par lot). Le projet est partiellement subventionné par la Région wallonne (789.000 € sur un total de 2.150.000 €).
