Description: Exécution des travaux de construction des bureaux de Filière Bois Wallonie y compris la réalisation des aménagements extérieurs. L’objectif de ce bâtiment est de mettre en évidence l’usage de bois feuillus indigènes dans la construction. À ce titre, le bâtiment doit témoigner du savoir-faire local et du dynamisme du secteur bois en Wallonie. Il mettra en évidence les qualités intrinsèques des bois feuillus : propriétés physiques et mécaniques, mais aussi ses vertus esthétiques. A l’occasion du présent marché, le pouvoir adjudicateur s’inscrit dans une démarche de développement durable. Le bois mis en œuvre devra notamment respecter les clauses environnementales et sociales décrites dans ce cahier des charges.
