: The tenderer is obliged to submit an offer covering the entire list of the following analyses:
1. Transcriptomic analysis (RNAseq) of samples from bovine whole blood collected into Tempus RNA tubes
- The first specific assignment is estimated to have n = 90.
- The numbers for subsequent assignments are not yet known.
2. Transcriptomic analysis (RNAseq) of samples from uterine flush liquid (n=50)
3. Metagenomic analysis of samples from bovine uterine flush liquid (n=50)
4. Metagenomic analysis of samples from bovine blood plasma (n=50)
5. Untargeted metabolomic analysis of samples from bovine uterine flush liquid (n=50)
6. Untargeted metabolomic analysis of samples from bovine blood plasma (n=90)
The price of each service must be divided, at minimum, into three sections:
1. DNA/RNA extraction and quality control,
2. Library preparation, sequencing or LC-MS measurements, and raw data delivery,
3. Statistical analysis.
UGent can therefore also order individual components of these services.

Minimumeisen: Submit a reference list with at least 3 references per analysis (transcriptomics, metagenomics, metabolomics) from the past 3 years, including explicit mentioning of the contact person (name + telephone number) for this reference. If necessary to ensure an adequate level of competition, the contracting authority has the right to take into account evidence of relevant supplies or services provided more than three years ago.
