Selectieleidraad (fase 1 van een mededingingsprocedure met onderhandeling) voor de totaalrenovatie van erfgoedgebouw W (voormalige wasserij, vastgesteld bouwkundig erfgoed) op de Stuivenbergsite te 2060 Antwerpen tot psychiatrisch dagziekenhuis ViaVia: afbraak niet-waardevolle delen, gevelrestauratie, buitenschrijnwerk, dakrenovatie met daklantaarn en dakterras, kelderwaterdichting, brandwerend maken structuur, binnenafwerking, riolering, vloerverwarming (aansluiting stookplaats gebouw X), luchtgroep, koeling, sanitair, elektriciteit met branddetectie/verpleegoproep/toegangsbeheer, 2 liften en sprinklers, incl. as-builtdossier.
