AFDELING: PROCEDURE
Onderhandelingsprocedure zonder voorafgaande bekendmaking
AZ Jan Palfijn has engaged to acquire a state-of-the-art viewing and processing software package dedicated to nuclear medicine. This software is vendor neutral in terms of compatibility with conventional SPECT/CT-cameras and PACS available on the European market, in particular exporting and autofetching on PACS. It covers the functionalities offered by ISP(Philips) processing of conventional nuclear medicine including Cedar's QGS or cardiac imaging. For viewing PET-images it is compatible with SyngoVia-platform incl exporting and autofetching. It allows AI-based segmentation, automatic lesion segmentation and partial volume correction considered crucial for state-of-the art quantitative analysis. Finally, it comprises a dosimetry tool dedicated for radionuclide therapy, in particular thyroid, liver, PSMA and DOTATE based therapies. Below all other essential features are listed:
Radionuclide dosimetry tools for I131, Y90 and Lu177 therapy and possibility to upgrade towards newer radionuclide therapies
The software incl the dosimetry features is suited for remote use by licensed users via eg citrix/VPN/…
All required processing and imaging and dosimetry features are intregrated and supported in the same set up supported by the same software vendor
Site specific tailoring of processing workflows for all examinations upon set up with possiblility of individual adaptations with access to the onsite users
Automatisation of processing various batches of series incl saving and exporting
Comparative viewing of various series and various time points incl ROI and VOI analysis (volume, counts, SUVs, …), possibility to generate geometric mean images, to generate planar images based on 3D acquired images, cumulative count sums on dynamic images
Manual and AI based segmentation of images incl automatisation and saving target volumes
State-of- the-arts partial volume corrections
Cardiac application: Cedar's QGS is considered essential. Functionality comparable with current built-in license (ISP) needed. Sarcoidosis PET vs SPECT processing, calcium score and fusion of perfusion SPECT or PET - CT coronarography cardiac software and FDG PET viability is considered optional.
Neurology: reconstruction and viewing as well as compatibility for export and processing by SyngoVia MI Neurology databases required (optional: vendor's databases for brain perfusion SPECT, striatal imaging (DAT-scan) and PET (FDG, FET kinetics, biomarkers for dopaminergic function and/or neurodegeneration))
Remote support available all weekdays 8h-18h
Pre and post therapy dosimetry benign and malignant thyroid dosimetry I131 and Lu177 PSMA and DOTATATE and 90Y liver
MIRD voxel based dosimetry, incl ,compatibility with BED estimations
Pre and post dosimetry with automatic segmentation (AI) of PET/CT data and compatibility of exporting target volumes to SPECT CT data.
Single time point dosimetry if effective half-life available
Autosaving contours and dosimetry workflow
Dose comparison between pre-and post-treatment dosimetry
Dose accumulation of multiple therapies
Report builder for dosimetry, exportable to PACS
Quantitative reconstruction of images, supported by at least one camera calibration
Possiblility to load MRI, CT or PET CT for liver applications
Couinaud and lobar segmentation available in liver applications
Remote processing and acquisition supported if calibrated camera available
