tp-abil - Relevant expertise: • In-house expertise on design and engineering in the field of pilot installations. To be proven by CV of key-personnel and by a description of the approach and the way of working in similar projects • Experience with the design, engineering and construction of pilot installations / prototypes, proven by providing references from the last 3 years. Description of the approach for the production of a pilot installation. Minimumeisen: An information sheet relating to the references submitted by the candidate from the last three years must include the following information: - Identification of the reference; • Name of the project; • Commissioning party and address details of contact, indicating whether this is a private or public client (a public client is considered to be a client subject to public procurement legislation); • Place of performance; • Phases and performance periods of the project • Total value of the project. - List of possible annexes supporting this reference. If a candidate were to submit more than 2 references for similar projects, the contracting authority may limit itself to assessing the first 2 references included in the bid. The contracting authority reserves the right to verify the proper performance of each of these references with the commissioning party in question.

tp-abil - To demonstrate the quality management system, the tenderer will provide an ISO 9001 certificate or equivalent. Certifications based on standards issued by bodies based in other Member States that are equivalent to ISO 9001 and other evidence regarding equivalent measures in the field of quality management systems will also be accepted. Minimumeisen: If a valid ISO 9001 certificate cannot be submitted, the tenderer is required to submit its quality management procedures (such as document management, selection and qualification of subcontractors and contractors, management of registrations (e.g. of production data) management of complaints and non-conformities). Equivalent documents must be maximum 1 A4 rectoverso and can include a list of possible supporting annexes.

ef-stand - To demonstrate the financial and economic stability of the tenderer, VITO will request Dun & Bradstreet for a financial assessment. This is based on financial statements or extracts, if the legislation of the country where the tenderer is established requires the publication of financial statements. If the tenderer has been active for less than 3 years, the assessment will be made based on the available data or financial capacity may be considered.Minimumeisen: The following risk ratings are deemed appropriate: low, moderately low or moderate. If no D&B report is available or the assessment is deemed moderately high or high risk, the tenderer will be asked to prove its economic strength. Preferably with financial statements or extracts. sui-act - * Het UEA, waarmee de ondernemer verklaart dat hij zich niet bevindt in een van de uitsluitingssituaties als bedoeld in de artikelen 67 tot 69 van de wet van 17 juni 2016. Artikel 70 van de wet van 17 juni 2016 betreffende de overheidsopdrachten is van toepassing. Voor de in artikel 67 van de wet bedoelde uitsluitingsgronden deelt de gegadigde of inschrijver op eigen initiatief mee of hij bij het begin van de procedure de in artikel 70, lid 1, bedoelde corrigerende maatregelen heeft genomen. * Overeenkomstig de Belgische overheidsopdrachtenreglementering heeft de aanbestedende overheid, in elke fase van de gunningsprocedure, de mogelijkheid om de kandidaat/inschrijver uit te sluiten die, bij wijze van een in kracht van gewijsde gegane strafrechtelijke uitspraak veroordeeld werd voor een misdrijf dat zijn professionele integriteit aantast. De niet-naleving van strafrechtelijk sanctioneerbare milieu- en sociale wetgeving kan worden geacht een misdrijf te zijn dat de professionele integriteit aantast. Bijzondere bepalingen betreffende geweld, pesterijen en ongewenst seksueel gedrag op het werk.
