IPC Sprinter Network Arrangement
 
To provide road transport services for the carriage of mail consignments to and from Offices of Exchange, on specified transport links and with specified timings, on a network designed by IPC and connecting Offices of Exchange in Brussels, Copenhagen Frankfurt, Offenburg, Niederaula, Hall in Tirol, Milan, London, Luxembourg (hub), Paris, Lyon, The Hague and Zurich (hub). The network is designed to achieve the fastest and most efficient exchange of mail consignments by road. The on-time performance of the transport services shall be monitored by IPC.

Loose Loaded Mail

Lot 1 (loose loaded mail) with specified transport links between several offices of exchange and specified timings to be operated with a frequency that varies from 5 to 6 days per week. Most links in lot 1 involve a transshipment between vehicles to be done in the Sprinter HUBs located in Luxembourg and Zurich.

Links in lot 2 do not involve a transshipment between vehicles, and most mail to be carried is consolidated in Pallet Boxes.

Fournir des services de transport routier pour l'acheminement d'envois postaux à destination et depuis les bureaux d'échange, sur des liaisons de transport spécifiques et à des horaires spécifiques, sur un réseau conçu par IPC et qui relie les bureaux d'échange de Bruxelles, Copenhague, Frankfort, Offenburg, Niederaula, Hall en Tyrol, Milan, Londres, Luxembourg (hub), Paris, Lyon, La Haye et Zurich (hub). Le réseau est conçu pour obtenir un échange d'envois postaux le plus rapide et efficace possible. La ponctualité et performance du service sera mesurée par IPC.

Lot 1 (courrier en vrac) comprend des liaisons de transport spécifiques entre différents bureaux d'échange et des horaires spécifiques devant fonctionner à une fréquence qui varie entre 5 et 6 jours par semaine, La plupart des liaisons du lot 1 impliquent un transbordement entre véhicules qui doit être effectué dans les hubs Sprinter situés au Luxembourg et à Zurich.

Lot 2 (Courrier vrac + boîte à palettes) comprend des liaisons de transport spécifiques entre différents bureaux d'échange et des horaires spécifiques devant fonctionner à une fréquence qui varie entre 5 et 6 jours par semaine, Les liaisons du lot 2 n'impliquent pas de transbordement entre véhicules et la plupart du courrier à transporter est regroupé dans des boîtes à palettes.
