Accompagnement dans l’élaboration d'une classification des fonctions et d'un modèle de rémunération modernisé fondé sur cette classification des fonctions

Le présent marché public a pour objet la désignation d'un bureau d'expertise externe en vue de:

1) élaborer et mettre en œuvre une classification des fonctions modernisée et motivée qui offre des garanties de transparence, d'équité, de simplicité et de durabilité, ainsi que d'assurer l'assimilation de cette matière par l'adjudicateur au moyen de formations (phase 1);

2) proposer et élaborer un nouveau modèle de rémunération qui est lié à cette classification des fonctions (phase 2).

Begeleiding bij het uitwerken van een functieclassificatie en een gemoderniseerd verloningsmodel op basis van deze functieclassificatie
 NVSM-2019-066-NVSM-OO-F02_1 
Onderhavige overheidsopdracht heeft tot doel het aanstellen van een extern expertisebureau met het oog op:
1) het uitwerken en implementeren van een gemoderniseerde en onderbouwde functieclassificatie dat garanties biedt naar transparantie, rechtvaardigheid, eenvoud en duurzaamheid en de aanbesteder deze materie via opleiding ‘eigen’ maken (fase 1);
2) het voorstellen en ontwikkelen van een nieuw verloningsmodel dat gekoppeld is aan deze functieclassificatie (fase 2).
