Energiemanagement - Energy Management Software

At this moment, Fluvius offers the municipalities an online energy management software (E-lyse). The software is used by around 300 local authorities and 1 500 users (of which 300 unique monthly users). The software has a database containing around 11 000 patrimony items (mostly buildings) and has 50 000 meters coupled to it.

In the upcoming years, all meters will be replaced by digital meters. As this will lead towards an exponential growth in data availability (and hence data handling capacity needs), Fluvius is looking for a successor energy management software for E-lyse.

All responses will be handled confidentially. This questionnaire does not hold any obligation for Fluvius as well as for the parties responding to it.

Fluvius is distribution system operator (DSO) for electricity and gas in all municipalities of Flanders. Next to that Fluvius is also active in networks for sewerage, cable television, fiber, heat, ...

Fluvius wants to support its shareholders (the Flemish cities and municipalities) with energy management in their proper patrimony.

The facilitation of a good energy management for municipalities is a part of the public service obligations of Fluvius as an electricity DSO (art. 6.1.4/7 Energiebesluit). Next to that, most municipalities are orienting their policy towards more climate-friendly options (energy savings, CO2 reductions, ...).
