Gunning van een opdracht zonder voorafgaande bekendmaking van een oproep tot mededinging in het Publicatieblad van de Europese Unie in onderstaande gevallenDirect award of an interim contract from 1.4.2020 for a period of 6 months, with options to extend up to 30.9.2021, to enable the CCG to complete work to review new pathways. Recognising its obligations and responsibilities under the NHS (Procurement Patient Choice and Competition)(No 2) Regulations 2013, the CCG has assessed the most appropriate route to awarding this contract, having regard to the necessity to secure continuity of these essential patient services and has concluded that the incumbent provider will assure the safest solution and being considered the only technically capable provider at this time.
