CINEA/2023/OP/0010L'objectif du présent contrat-cadre est de fournir au pouvoir adjudicateur et à la Commission européenne (principalement à la DG Affaires maritimes et pêche) un outil flexible pour demander des services et des conseils scientifiques spécifiques et opportuns sur des questions liées à la conservation des écosystèmes marins et des ressources biologiques marines, ainsi qu'à la gestion de la pêche et d'autres activités humaines, avec un impact possible sur la pêche et les ressources biologiques marines récoltées, réalisés en totalité ou en partie au-delà des eaux de l'UE et présentant un intérêt pour l'UE.

CINEA/2023/OP/0010The objective of this FWC is to provide the contracting authority and the European Commission (mainly DG Maritime Affairs and Fisheries) with a flexible tool to request specific and timely scientific services and advice on issues related to the conservation of marine ecosystems and marine biological resources, as well as management of fisheries and other human activities, with possible impact on fisheries and harvested marine biological resources, carried out, fully or partly, beyond EU waters and of interest to the EU.
