Contrat-cadre relatif à la fourniture d'antitoxine diphtérique pour le traitement des cas confirmés ou suspectés de diphtérie chez les adultes et les adolescents.

Totale waarde van de opdracht/het perceel: 1710400.00

Dans les locaux du contractant, les livraisons aux pouvoirs adjudicateurs sont indiquées au point I.1).

Le contrat-cadre prévoit la livraison par le contractant aux pouvoirs adjudicateurs participants d'un maximum de 1 600 flacons d'antitoxine diphtérique. La durée maximale du contrat-cadre est de 30 mois (24 mois de durée principale et 6 mois de reconduction automatique).

Sur la base de l'analyse du marché, il existe très peu de fabricants de DAT dans le monde. Ils sont généralement établis en dehors de l'UE et n'ont pas accès au marché de l'UE. Par conséquent, une procédure de passation négociée a été menée avec le contractant afin de permettre aux pouvoirs adjudicateurs d'accéder à l'antitoxine diphtérique nécessaire.

Framework contract for the supply of diphtheria antitoxin for the treatment of confirmed or suspected cases of diphtheria in adults and in adolescents.

The framework contract foresees the delivery by the contractor to the participating contracting authorities of up to 1 600 vials of diphtheria antitoxin. The maximum duration of the framework contract is 30 months (24 months of main duration, and 6 months of automatic renewal).

Based on the market analysis, there are very few manufacturers of DAT in the world. They are usually based outside the EU, with no access to the EU market. Therefore, a negotiated procurement procedure was carried out with the contractor, in order to enable necessary access to the diphtheria antitoxin for the contracting authorities.
