Description: De ontwerper (voor ontwerp én voor opvolging uitvoering werken) dient in België als architect beroepsgerechtigd te zijn, conform de wet van 20 februari 1939. Minimumeisen: Dit wordt aangetoond aan de hand van volgende BEWIJSSTUKKEN die bij de AANVRAAG TOT DEELNEMING gevoegd moeten worden: - Ofwel een bewijs van actuele inschrijving bij de Belgische Orde van architecten - Ofwel voor onderdanen van een andere lidstaat van de EU of van andere staten waarop richtlijn 2005/36/EG van het Europees Parlement en de Raad van 7 september 2005 betreffende de erkenning van beroepskwalificaties van toepassing is: • Ofwel het bewijs van actuele inschrijving in het register van dienstverrichting (artikels 38,7° en 38bis Belgische wet van 26 juni 1963 tot instelling van een orde van architecten) • Ofwel de attesten bedoeld in de artikels 8 §2, derde lid, 1° tot en met 5° van de Belgische wet van 26 juni 1963 tot instelling van een orde van architecten en een ondertekende verklaring op eer dat bij eventuele toewijzing van de opdracht het nodige zal gedaan worden voor de inschrijving in het register van dienstverrichting.
