Raamovereenkomst voor ontwerp en follow-up, levering en installatie, ondersteuning en onderhoud, en verhuur van audiovisuele, multimedia-, IT- en/of conferentieoplossingen, alsook verlening van ondersteuningsdiensten voor vergaderingen, evenementen en conferenties en verlening van ondersteuningsdiensten om deelname op afstand in meerdere talen en/of simultaanvertolking op afstand tijdens vergaderingen mogelijk te maken.

Perceel 1 met perceel 2.

Ontwerp en follow-up van audiovisuele, multimedia-, IT- en/of conferentieoplossingen

Perceel nr.: 1

Perceel 1 van deze oproep tot inschrijving heeft betrekking op de volgende diensten:

• ontwerp en ontwikkeling van technische oplossingen voor audiovisuele, multimedia-, IT- en/of conferentie-installaties;

• opstelling van technische tekeningen (plattegronden), specificaties en documentatie voor de tenuitvoerlegging van de technische oplossingen;

• toezicht op en/of coördinatie van projecten die verband houden met de tenuitvoerlegging van technische oplossingen;

• beheer van de conformiteit van de technische tekeningen (plattegronden), specificaties en documentatie van technische oplossingen;

• organisatie van specifieke opleidingssessies;

• het testen van de technische oplossingen na uitvoeringswerkzaamheden of onderhoudstaken;

• audit van technische oplossingen om na te gaan of zij voldoen aan de toepasselijke regelgeving en/of normen.

Levering en installatie van audio-, multimedia-, IT- en/of conferentieoplossingen

Perceel nr.: 2

Perceel 2 van deze oproep tot inschrijving heeft betrekking op de volgende diensten:

• levering van audiovisuele, multimedia-, IT- en/of conferentie-uitrusting, alsook de software, verbruiksartikelen, toebehoren en/of tools die nodig zijn voor de tenuitvoerlegging van technische oplossingen;

• diensten die vereist zijn voor de tenuitvoerlegging van technische oplossingen voor audiovisuele, multimedia-, IT- en/of conferentie-installaties, met inbegrip van diensten met betrekking tot de ontwikkeling, upgrade en ondersteuning van software voor het kantoorautomatiseringssysteem;

• verlening van een verlenging van de basisgarantie voor uitrusting, eventueel met inbegrip van vervanging ter plaatse, een jaarlijkse controle van de uitrusting, tenuitvoerlegging van upgrades enz.

• reparatie van (al dan niet onder garantie) defecte toestellen en beheer van goedkeuringsprocedures voor terugzending van materiaal in nauwe samenwerking met het personeel van het EP en/of andere contractanten;

• wederverkoop van gebruikte uitrusting van het Europees Parlement.

Ondersteuning en onderhoud van audio-, multimedia-, IT- en/of conferentieoplossingen

Perceel 3 van deze oproep tot inschrijving heeft betrekking op de volgende diensten:

• diensten met betrekking tot de ondersteuning en het onderhoud van technische audiovisuele, multimedia-, IT- en/of conferentie-installaties;

• diensten met betrekking tot het ontwerp, het beheer en de ondersteuning van de audiovisuele IP-gebaseerde netwerken van het EP.

Verhuur van audio-, multimedia-, IT- en/of conferentieoplossingen

Perceel 4 van deze oproep tot inschrijving omvat de volgende diensten:

• verhuur van audiovisuele, multimedia-, IT- of conferentieoplossingen;

• technische evenementenbeheerdiensten.

Verlening van ondersteuningsdiensten voor bijeenkomsten, evenementen en conferenties

Perceel 5 van deze oproep tot inschrijving omvat de volgende diensten:

• technische ondersteuningsdiensten voor vergaderingen, evenementen en conferenties;

• organisatorische ondersteuningsdiensten voor vergaderingen, evenementen en conferenties;

• andere ondersteunende diensten voor vergaderingen, evenementen en conferenties.

Verlening van ondersteuningsdiensten voor deelname op afstand in meerdere talen en/of simultaanvertolking op afstand tijdens vergaderingen

Perceel 6 van deze oproep tot inschrijving omvat de volgende diensten:

• technische ondersteuningsdiensten om deelname op afstand in meerdere talen en/of simultaanvertolking op afstand tijdens vergaderingen mogelijk te maken;

• coördinatieondersteuningsdiensten om deelname op afstand in meerdere talen en/of simultaanvertolking op afstand tijdens vergaderingen mogelijk te maken;

• back-officeondersteuningsdiensten om deelname op afstand in meerdere talen en/of simultaanvertolking op afstand tijdens vergaderingen mogelijk te maken.

Design and Follow-up of Audio-visual, Multimedia, IT and/or Conference Solutions

Perceel nr.: 1

Lot 1 of this call for tenders covers the following services:

• design and development of technical solutions for audio-visual, multimedia, IT and/or conference installations;

• production of technical drawings (plans), specifications and documentation for the implementation of the technical solutions;

• supervision and/or coordination of projects related to the implementation of technical solutions;

• management of the conformity of the technical drawings (plans), specifications and documentation of technical solutions;

• organisation of specific training sessions;

• testing of the technical solutions following implementation works or maintenance tasks;

• auditing of technical solutions to verify their compliance with applicable regulations and/or standards.

Supply and Installation of Audio-visual, Multimedia, IT and/or Conference Solutions

Perceel nr.: 2

Lot 2 of this call for tenders covers the following services:

• supply of audio-visual, multimedia, IT and/or conference equipment as well as the software, consumables, accessories and/or tooling which are necessary for the implementation of technical solutions;

• services required for the implementation of technical solutions for audio-visual, multimedia, IT and/or conference installations, including services related to the development, the upgrade and the support of software for the room automation system;

• delivery of an extension of the basic equipment warranty, which may include on-site replacement, an annual check of the equipment, implementation of upgrades, etc.

• repair of defective devices (whether under warranty or not) and management of return material authorisation procedures in close cooperation with EP and/or other contractors’ staff;

• resale of used equipment of the European Parliament.

Support and Maintenance of Audio-visual, Multimedia, IT and/or Conference Solutions
