Always Energy is the health and vitality program of TenneT. The program was started in 2016. The objective of this program is to encourage employees to take responsibility for their own energy level. Specific:

- employees know the different elements that determine their energy level,

- employees choose where and how they take action to maintain or increase their energy level,

- employees have access to resources if they need it.

TenneT is looking for a contractor who can shape and execute the Always Energy program for 2020-2022, with the option to extend the contract with 3 years to 2023-2025.

Geraamde totale waarde: 8500000.00

The Netherlands: Arnhem, Hoogeveen, Gouda, Weert.

Germany: Bayreuth, Lerthe.

TenneT wants to continue its Always Energy program for at least 3 years. Therefor TenneT is looking for a contractor (or collaborating contractors) who want to design and execute the Always Energy program in the Netherlands and Germany for the period 2020-2022. TenneT wants to be completely relieved by its supplier(s) for the entire design and execution of this program.

TenneT has created the design principles of the Always Energy program.

The tasks of the contractor will be:

- create a 3 year activity plan based on the design principles,

- create a yearly detailed activity plan including budget,

- plan and execute all the activities,

- arrange travel if necessary,

- information and communication to employees,

- maximize participation grade for activities.

With our current knowledge of the market TenneT expects that parties need to either collaborate or work with subcontractors to fullfil the complete scope of the contract.
