HADEA/2023/OP/0024-PINDe capaciteitsopbouwactiviteiten zijn gericht op personeel in instanties voor toegang tot gezondheidsgegevens (health data access bodies, HDAB's) en mensen met een platform om belanghebbenden te bereiken die betrokken zijn bij het secundaire gebruik van gezondheidsgegevens (EHDS2-ambassadeurs). Het doel is de vaardigheden van het personeel in de HDAB's te versterken en de vaardigheden van EHDS-ambassadeurs te standaardiseren door kennis te creëren, over te dragen en beste praktijken uit te wisselen tussen de lidstaten met betrekking tot vijf digitale bedrijfscapaciteiten, die alle cruciaal zijn voor het secundaire gebruik van gezondheidsgegevens vanuit het perspectief van de Europese ruimte voor gezondheidsgegevens (European Health Data Space, EHDS). De gevraagde diensten omvatten de voorbereiding van opleidingsmateriaal en het verzorgen van opleidingen, de voorbereiding van materiaal ter ondersteuning van lokale implementaties, met inbegrip van een twinning-aanpak. De gevraagde diensten omvatten de verificatie en monitoring van lokale implementaties. Naar verwachting zal deze interventie op het gebied van capaciteitsopbouw de uitvoering van de EHDS-bepalingen betreffende het secundaire gebruik van gezondheidsgegevens vergemakkelijken, versnellen en harmoniseren.
Geraamde totale waarde: 1500000.00De diensten moeten worden verleend in de kantoren van de contractant of, met het oog op de vereiste activiteiten (bijv. de organisatie van vergaderingen), op elke andere locatie die met de aanbestedende dienst is overeengekomen.

HADEA/2023/OP/0024-PINThe capacity building activities target staff in health data access bodies (HDABs) and people with a platform to reach out to stakeholders engaged on secondary use of health data (EHDS2 ambassadors).The aim is to strengthen the skills of staff in HDABs, and standardise the skills of EHDS ambassadors through knowledge creation, transfer, and best practices exchange among Member States, on five digital business capabilities, all of which are crucial for the secondary use of health data, in the perspective of the European Health Data Space (EHDS). The requested services include the preparation of training materials and delivery of trainings, the preparation of materials to support local implementations, including a twinning approach. The requested services include verification and monitoring local implementations. This capacity building intervention is expected to facilitate, accelerate, and harmonise the implementation of the EHDS provisions related to the secondary use of health data.
