Certificeringsdiensten met betrekking tot managementnormen

ECHA/2023/OP/0007

Verlening van auditdiensten met betrekking tot de precertificering, overdracht van certificering, certificering, monitoring, verificatie en hercertificering van de ISO 9001- en 14001-normen en EMAS. Het is de opvolger van raamovereenkomst OC/EFSA/LA/2020/01 van de EFSA.

Geraamde totale waarde: 6320000.00

De inschrijvingen zullen elektronisch worden geopend op de in de aankondiging van opdracht vermelde datum en tijd. De opening kan via videoconferentie worden bijgewoond.

De inschrijvers kunnen een verzoek indienen om de opening bij te wonen door uiterlijk drie uur vóór de geplande aanvang een e-mail te sturen naar _hidden_@echa.europa.eu. Het verzoek moet de volledige naam (namen) en het e-mailadres (de e-mailadressen) van de vertegenwoordiger(s) bevatten, de naam van de vertegenwoordigde inschrijver en het door e-indiening gegenereerde indieningsbewijs.

AFDELING: AANVULLENDE INLICHTINGEN

In geval van onbeschikbaarheid of storingen in de werking van de elektronische communicatiemiddelen vermeld in sectie I.3) tijdens de laatste vijf kalenderdagen vóór de in sectie IV.2.2) genoemde ontvangsttermijn, behoudt de aanbestedende dienst zich het recht voor deze termijn te verlengen en de verlenging bekend te maken op het internetadres vermeld in sectie I.3) zonder voorafgaande bekendmaking van een rectificatie van deze aankondiging. Ondernemers met belangstelling in deze aanbesteding worden verzocht zich in te schrijven voor deze oproep tot inschrijving op het adres in sectie I.3) om op de hoogte te worden gebracht wanneer nieuwe informatie of documenten worden bekendgemaakt.

Eventuele opmerkingen in verband met de gunningsprocedure mogen naar de aanbestedende dienst vermeld in punt I.1) worden verstuurd. Indien u van mening bent dat er sprake is van onbehoorlijk bestuur, dan mag u binnen twee jaar na de datum waarop u de desbetreffende feiten waarop deze klacht is gebaseerd te weten bent gekomen een klacht indienen bij de Europese Ombudsman (zie http://www.ombudsman.europa.eu). Dergelijke klacht leidt niet tot een opschorting van de termijn voor het instellen van een beroep, noch tot de opening van een nieuwe termijn voor het instellen van een beroep. Binnen twee maanden na de kennisgeving van het gunningsbesluit kan een beroep worden ingesteld bij de instantie vermeld in VI.4.1).
