Preuve de concept (POC) d'un système permettant de mesurer l'entonnoir de conversion (ou funnel de vente) dans les points de vente de la Loterie Nationale

La Loterie Nationale est à la recherche d'un adjudicataire pour la réalisation d'une preuve de concept (POC) d'un système de mesure de son entonnoir de conversion en point de vente. Ce système doit mesurer le funnel de vente de façon à le rendre compréhensible par la Loterie Nationale, à permettre des comparaisons entre les différents commerces faisant partie de la preuve de concept, à pouvoir mesurer le taux d'abandon et à permettre la détection de points d'amélioration. À terme et dans une situation idéale, le système devrait permettre à la Loterie Nationale de pouvoir intervenir en temps réel dans le funnel de vente au moyen de modèles de communication vers des clients potentiels (testing A/B, modèles de segmentation...) et même de communications personnelles à partir de la reconnaissance du client sur base de sa géolocalisation via l'application de la Loterie Nationale.
