L’objectif du présent appel d’offres est de fournir aux agents de protection rapprochée un équipement médical adéquat pour la formation et l’exécution du travail lors de visites sur le terrain. Nos missions sont effectuées dans des zones très isolées et difficiles (c’est-à-dire dans le cadre du développement ou de l’aide humanitaire et de la gestion des crises), où il n’existe pas de services médicaux directs. Il est de la plus haute importance de disposer de l’équipement adéquat pour effectuer des tâches et des procédures de premiers secours dans des zones difficiles et, si nécessaire, pour maintenir un patient en vie et dans un état stable jusqu’à ce que des intervenants médicaux de haut niveau prennent le relais.

The objective of this call for tender is to provide the close protection officers (CPO)with adequate medical equipment for training and the execution of the job during field visits. Our missions are executed in very isolated and demanding areas (i.e. within the context of development or humanitarian aid and crisis management), where there are no direct medical services. It is of the upmost importance to have the correct suitable equipment to carry out duties and first aid procedures in demanding areas and, if necessary, to keep a patient alive and stable until higher level medical responders take over.
