Le lot 1 du présent appel d'offres couvre les services suivants:

• Conception et développement de solutions techniques pour les installations audiovisuelles, multimédias, informatiques et/ou de conférence;

• Élaboration de plans techniques, de spécifications et de documents pour la mise en œuvre des solutions techniques;

• Supervision et/ou coordination de projets liés à la mise en œuvre de solutions techniques;

• Gestion de la conformité des plans techniques, des spécifications et de la documentation des solutions techniques;

• Organisation de séances de formation spécifiques;

• Essai des solutions techniques à la suite des travaux d'exécution ou des tâches de maintenance;

• Audit des solutions techniques afin de vérifier leur conformité avec les réglementations et/ou les normes applicables.

Le lot 2 du présent appel d'offres couvre les services suivants:

• fourniture d'équipement audiovisuel, multimédia, informatique et/ou de conférence ainsi que de logiciels, de consommables, d'accessoires et/ou d'outillage nécessaires à la mise en œuvre de solutions techniques;

• services nécessaires pour la mise en œuvre de solutions techniques pour les installations audiovisuelles, multimédias, informatiques et/ou de conférence, y compris services liés au développement, à la mise à niveau et au support de logiciels pour le système d'automatisation des salles;

• livraison d'une extension de la garantie de l'équipement de base, pouvant inclure le remplacement sur site, un contrôle annuel de l'équipement, la mise en œuvre de mises à niveau, etc.;

• réparation d’appareils défectueux (sous garantie ou non) et gestion des procédures d’autorisation du matériel de retour en étroite coopération avec le Parlement européen et/ou le personnel d’autres contractants;

Design and Follow-up of Audio-visual, Multimedia, IT and/or Conference Solutions

Perceel nr.: 1

Lot 1 of this call for tenders covers the following services:

• design and development of technical solutions for audio-visual, multimedia, IT and/or conference installations;

• production of technical drawings (plans), specifications and documentation for the implementation of the technical solutions;

• supervision and/or coordination of projects related to the implementation of technical solutions;

• management of the conformity of the technical drawings (plans), specifications and documentation of technical solutions;

• organisation of specific training sessions;

• testing of the technical solutions following implementation works or maintenance tasks;

• auditing of technical solutions to verify their compliance with applicable regulations and/or standards.

Supply and Installation of Audio-visual, Multimedia, IT and/or Conference Solutions

Perceel nr.: 2

Lot 2 of this call for tenders covers the following services:

• supply of audio-visual, multimedia, IT and/or conference equipment as well as the software, consumables, accessories and/or tooling which are necessary for the implementation of technical solutions;

• services required for the implementation of technical solutions for audio-visual, multimedia, IT and/or conference installations, including services related to the development, the upgrade and the support of software for the room automation system;

• delivery of an extension of the basic equipment warranty, which may include on-site replacement, an annual check of the equipment, implementation of upgrades, etc.;

• repair of defective devices (whether under warranty or not) and management of return material authorization procedures in close cooperation with EP and/or other contractors’ staff;

• resale of used equipment of the European Parliament.

- Please consult the procurement documents available at the address indicated in Section I.3). In case of unavailability or disruptions in the functioning of the electronic means of communication provided in Section I.3) in the last five calendar days before the time limit for receipt indicated in Section IV.2.2), the contracting authority reserves the right to extend this time limit and publish the extension at the internet address provided in Section I.3), without a preceding publication of a corrigendum to this notice. Economic operators interested in this procurement are invited to subscribe to the call for tenders at the address in Section I.3) in order to get notified when new information or documents are published;

- The European Parliament reserves the right to use a negotiated procedure without prior publication of a contract notice under point 11.1(e) and subject to the conditions set out in point 11.4 of Annex I of the Financial regulation, for new services consisting in the repetition of similar services entrusted to the economic operator to which the same contracting authority awarded an original contract, provided that those services or works are in conformity with a basic project for which the original contract was awarded after publication of a contract notice.
